AS A BUYER, HOW MUCH DO I PAY YOU?

Simple, you don't! My commission is paid by the seller. You are making one of, if not, the biggest purchase of your life. Why should you pay extra for that?

DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LAWYER AS WELL?

No, you should not need a lawyer unless something drastic were to come up during the escrow process and then a lawyer would be recommended.

HOW WILL YOU FIND POTENTIAL BUYERS/RENTERS FOR MY PROPERTY?

I have a proven marketing strategy that we will go over when the time comes to list your home. Book a free consultation with me and I will go through the entire selling process with you from start to finish!

WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FINAL HOME SALE PRICE DO YOU CHARGE?

This all varies on the situation! If you are a buyer, and I am representing you, my commission is set by the seller and listing agent. Nothing comes out of your pocket.
Now if you are selling, and I am representing you, we would go over everything during the listing appointment while going over the listing agreement. There we will set the total commission to be payed to the buyer's agent and myself.
