Founded and Created by Brett Villalovos. He started this company from the ground up. After being in the background of Real Estate, Brett decided to get his license instead of advising others on promising investment properties, future homes, Realtor branding, and more! 
Brett was born and grew up in the Santa Clarita Valley. He attended Hart High school where he played baseball and began his schooling journey to become a teacher. Through that journey, he realized that teaching wasn't for him and decided to give the one of hobbies he enjoyed a try... Real Estate. 
He then began his journey into Real Estate with a very complicated licensing process (feel free to ask him about that story). Once he made it through that entire process, he made the decision to join Keller Williams VIP Properties. Since then he began the process of building Villalovos Real Estate Group and continues to make it grow.
Brett has teamed up with some of the best people around when it comes to Title, Escrow, Home Warranty, Transaction Coordinating, and more. He interviewed numerous people to compile the best team possible to streamline the best transaction possible for his clients. 

Brett was recently names his Market Center's Productivity/Mentor Coach. He coaches and guides new and experienced agents build and grow their businesses to the next level!
His ultimate goal is to help people build wealth through real estate and to reach their real estate goals!
